Announcing the release of “La Tormenta”, my first novel

Look: I recently became immortal.

My first novel is out, the Spanish Edition of “La Tormenta” is already available on Amazon.  Of course I’m getting it translated into English, but it’s going to be a while so you might as well get this one and help a brother out. It’s worth the price of admission, everything you need to know about this world is in there, guaranteed. And for every copy sold a random white horse will get a horn in the forehead, making the planet a more magical place in this time of need. With “La Tormenta” everybody wins.

In your face, world.

For the untrained eye it would seem like this blog is failing. I opened it a year ago and my posts have zero traction, I’ve only gathered a few followers and I seldomly update it. The detail you’re all missing has always been clear and in the open, the objective of this publication is to find honest jobs for me out there in the wilderness of the Internet. I announced it. Twice. In that regard, the success is evident. I’ve been working, and that’s the main reason things have been so quiet around here.

Since my career as an English speaking journalist isn’t exactly popping, I’ve had to fall back on my Spanish speaking one, in which I have more clout and somewhat of a trajectory. Things are progessing slowly, but we are moving forward.

So yeah, I didn’t follow through with the whole getting-this-blog-into-shape thing. The world has been incredibly distracting, but I have another excuse: I’ve been writing in Spanish. I stopped publishing around when I started with “La Tormenta” a million years ago, and now that the alchemical process is about to give results, I’m getting a head start in reclaiming my old journalistic career back.

It’s been harder than previously anticipated, but I got a semi regular column in Venezuela’s premiere electronic music site Dj Profile, in which I have written about Massive Attack and Justice so far:
